Sara’s forthcoming book delves into the transnational history of the Colorado River Basin and examines the river’s global connections through policy, infrastructure, and recreation. This unconventional take on the Colorado’s history disrupts traditional narratives of regional uniqueness and national exceptionalism and presents a compelling case for uncovering lost and forgotten histories about the West’s water.
